Playgroup caters primarily for children aged between 2 and 31/2. Our aim is to offer a safe, friendly atmosphere to support children during their first experiences away from parents and carers. There is plenty of free play, physical activity and quiet time. It is intended that the children become used to some structure to their play, build up social skills and find playgroup fun.
Pre-School is for children aged over 31/2 in the year before they start school. It aims to build upon their natural enthusiasm young children have to learn by showing them that learning can be exciting and fun. Sessions are a little more structured and the children are encouraged to engage in some early number, letter and creative work for short periods of time.

(*) Playgroup is for children aged 2 plus.
(**) Pre-School is for children in the Academic Year before starting school. The children will follow the Ofsted Foundation Curriculum, which aims to prepare children in a variety of ways for starting school.

Lunch Club – £ 3.50
